After a long weekend cooking at Hunter’s Beach Bar, I was finally able to sit back and relax yesterday (feeling pretty good).
I hadn’t made a lot of cash but I did it all myself! What’s more, it is so awesome seeing people enjoy my food and in truth, that’s why I’m doing this.
Today though came the St. Patrick’s Day shop-a-thon. Oh boy, how quickly did I watch my profits dwindle to mere pocket change. Not that I didn’t know this was coming, nor that it will all pay for itself in due time. However, I have to admit it … it was a little deflating in the moment.
Now it’s time for us all to Get Our Shame-Rock On!
