It has been a while since I posted anything to the blog but you gotta give this girl for taking a few days to decompress. Now it’s time to get back to work and if today is anything like last Thursday I’ll be a busy lil` beaver.
Now don’t think for a second that I’ve just been lazing on the couch. No sir, I’ve been drinking wine too. LoL! But serious I’ve been working on a couple new recipes. One of which I’m bringing in today.
This week’s special: Amelia’s Homemade Beef Stew. Inspired by the fact that most people are too busy with work (or out drinking) and don’t have time to sit down to a good home cooked meal.
Next Week you ask .. Here’s a hint.. The Tortuga Music Festival will be going off and rabbit is a little too expensive as an ingredient. Na … no turtle (tortuga) either. While I’d love to make it, I don’t believe too many people would be daring enough to try it. You’ll have to check my menu next week to see what I’m cooking.
